Donor Compensation

ADMA BioCenters is an FDA licensed facility specializing in life-saving plasma collection. Our donors are kindly compensated and can earn up to $300 per month*. Donors donating for specialty programs may be more highly compensated depending on the rarity of the antibody.

Donors are paid via a “Cash Card”. Following each donation the donor receives funds to an electronic account associated with the card. Funds can be withdrawn electronically or used at the point of sale similar to using a debit card.

How often?

Once you become a qualified donor, you have the power to "do good" and earn compensation for as long as you continue to meet the eligibility criteria. A plasma donor is allowed to give up to two donations a week. You will be financially compensated each time you donate and you can inquire about potential incentives for frequent donations.

Special Message for Anti-D Donors

We are currently seeking donors who have a special blood antibody called "Anti-D". You may have this antibody if:

  • You ever donated plasma at another facility besides ADMA BioCenters
  • You ever donated plasma for another company and were told you have an Anti-D antibody or you were donating for Rh Immune Globulin
  • You were told you were "sensitized" during a pregnancy
  • You have had a reaction to a blood transfusion

Plasma containing this important antibody is used to manufacture a drug called Rh Immune Globulin. Also known as Anti-D IG, this specialty drug product is given to Rh negative women during pregnancy to prevent a disease called Hemolytic Disease of the Newborn. This disease is known to cause a variety of birth defects which range from severe Jaundice and Cerebral Palsy to stillborn death. Rh Immune Globulin may also be used to treat a life-threatening condition called ITP.

If you believe you may have this special anitbody, please contact us as soon as possible. Your donation could save the life of an infant and others.

Every time you get sick, a healthy person develops antibodies towards the infectious agent. If you have recently recovered from a cold or other illness, you may have high-levels of highly needed antibodies to make life-saving product. Your body's ability to make naturally occurring antibodies and then donating your plasma could be an important factor in saving the lives of immune compromised patients.
